Typically orders ship within 2 business days (M-F, excluding holidays). If there is a delay for any reason we'll contact you immediately to let you know what's going on and what options we have. For shipping in the united states you pay $4.95 for one umbrella, and nothing if you order two or more! For international orders we charge $19.95 for shipping one umbrella, and $5 for each additional umbrella. You're in luck, we do ship internationally to most countries. Just remember though, any products crossing international lines may be subject to customs delays and duties - Umbrella Society isn’t responsible for any delays or additional costs, sorry :( We accept returns of new unused umbrellas within 30 days of your purchase date with absolutely no restocking fee - meaning we return to you the entire price of the umbrella (all you pay for is the shipping both ways). Just be sure to contact us for an RMA before shipping your return, otherwise we won't be able to process it.
